- As a 2nd level supporter, you are the interface between first level support and technical problem solving.
- You will analyze and resolve complex faults, support customers via the ticket system or by telephone and ensure that the IT systems run smoothly. You will also document changes and optimizations to keep customer environments up to date at all times. Your technical understanding and strong communication skills help you to solve challenges efficiently and continuously improve the support process.
